Michael & Melissa Ramsey
Senior Pastors
Pastor Mike Ramsey has been senior Pastor of Christian Fellowship/Bridge of Faith since 2006. He and his wife Melissa have the desire to build a servant mentality in the congregation of believers in Poca WV. Pastor Mike was saved in this ministry in 1986 and has grown through the ministry as children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, and in April 2005, the role of Associate Pastor.
Melissa has been an incredible worker in helping build for the future of our church. Assuming roles in children’s ministry, youth ministry and multiple other works in the body. She is a wonderful compliment to the work of her husband Pastor Mike.
As Senior Pastor, Pastor Mike, has overseen the growth and expansion of the church. Starting with the growth in numbers and property on 39th St. in Nitro to a much larger building at 402 Main Ave Nitro. Transitioning from Christian Fellowship and changing its name to Bridge of Faith Fellowship on Main Ave was a change put in our hearts to describe the vision of the congregation; that is to be a bridge to many diverse groups bringing them to faith through fellowship of other believers. Through this effort, the church again began to grow, making another move necessary.
The church purchased the former Scarlet Oaks Golf Course and Wellington’s Restaurant on April 1,2021 with the first service being November 7,2021. The purchase also gave the church 11 acres of land to continue building for the future of a great complex for ministry. Pastor Mike and Melissa invite you to be part of our servant center fellowship at 279 Dairy Rd. Poca WV.

Anson & Rebekah Cline
Assistant & Young Adults Pastors
Anson and Rebekah serve as the Young Adults Pastors of The Bridge. Both were raised in the southern coalfields of West Virginia and grew up attending pentecostal churches. Together they have been serving in ministry in various positions since 2006. In August of 2017, they attended The Bridge summer picnic and shortly thereafter made it their home. Prior to The Bridge, both were Family Training Hour Directors and Rebekah was active in the Praise and Worship Team. Together they hope to bridge the gap some teenagers may face when transitioning from youth ministry into adult teachings.
Kristina Isaacs

Kristina serves as the Middle School Director at The Bridge. She was raised in West Virginia. She has been serving in the ministry in various positions since 2004. She first attended The Bridge in 2021. As director, she hopes to develop the middle schoolers' faith to withstand the tempations of this world.
Gary and Teresa Graley
Children's Pastors
Gary and Teresa serve as the Children's Pastors. They have been attending The Bridge since August of 2019. They previously served in Children's ministry for a combined 12+ years.
In the spring of 2020, they began assisting various departments in whatever was needed, but once again felt the pull towards children's ministry. In August 2021, they began serving as the Children's Directors, helping to bridge the gap between age groups.
After stepping up to fill a temporary vacancy in the elementary classroom, it brought out a passion, love, and desire - specifically for our Toddlers-Elementary age group. In February 2023, Gary and Teresa were ordained to be the Children's Pastors.
Educating our future leaders about the love of God, through his word, activities and fun has become their focal point. Realizing God's vision for the children's ministry has increased their awareness of what God is doing here at The Bridge in the children's ministry.

Rob & Jennifer Neal
Worship Pastors
Rob and Jenn started their ministry as youth pastors in 2000 just after getting married in 1999. They have 3 sons who are also involved in the music ministry. They first began leading worship with the youth group in the Church of God. After nearly 10 years, they transitioned to worship pastors and have spent their lives pouring into worship teams and churches, to lead, train and encourage the body. They have a passion to lead people into the presence of the Lord but mostly to entertain the presence of God and create a place for the Lord to inhabit.
